The Company is currently studying and pursuing opportunities to expand its business
presence in both its South Florida and Nashville, TN, hub locations either through
licensing its business or acquiring existing music education and music stores.  



The Company is developing a license/franchise opportunity as a component of its
expansion plan and business model.    



South Florida is the location where Ovation Music & Studios first got its start eight
years ago and is the logical choice of a hub location.  



Nashville is the "home of country music", and is a major music recording and
production center. The music industry's major recording and labels, including Universal

Music Entertainment [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sony_Music_Entertainment ], Warner

numerous independent labels, have recording studios and offices in Nashville.



Other potential hub markets the Company is currently researching include Atlanta
metropolitan and suburbs, GA, Charlotte, NC in and around the research triangle, the
Washington DC metropolitan area which includes parts of both Southern Maryland and Norther
Virginia, and Westchester County, NY.  The Company has an interest in pushing into new
markets that have similar demographics as those listed when the opportunity arises.
