My Next Film is a Co-production With US-based Director, Says Harry Sachdeva

After the impending release of Soha Ali Khan and Vir Das starrer '31st October', Harry
Sachdeva, the founder of Magical Dreams Productions, is all set to commence his second
project - a co-production with a US-based film director-producer. '31st October', which is
based on the aftermath of the 1984 riots, is slated for release by the month-end.



Speaking about his plans, writer-producer Harry confirms that he has already initiated
the pre-production work for his next project.



"Presently, I am concentrating on the release of my film '31st October', but my next
script is finalised and I have a co-production deal with a US-based director-producer. At
this moment I can't divulge much, besides promising the audience that the film will be an
entertaining family film, depicting sensible cinema of the modern era. Magical Dreams will
always attempt to bring a sensible yet entertaining cinema experience for its audience,"
said Harry Sachdeva, MD, Magical Dreams.



Not divulging the subject of the next film, Mr. Michael Cohello, who represents
the US-based production company, said, "I have seen Harry's vision and style of working in
his film, which impressed me and made me shake hands with him to work on his next project.
I am excited about it and I am sure it will be a thrilling experience. I met Harry at an
International Film Festival where I got the chance to see '31st October', and when I spoke
to him and congratulated him for his stupendous work, he shared with me the script of his
next film. I read it, loved it and in no time I was in."



Magical Dreams has already made its mark in the film industry with '31st October' by
touching on a never attempted subject. The country witnessed heavy rioting in the
aftermath of the assassination of the then Prime Minister in October 1984. The film is a
true story of a family who survived the riots on the night of October 31. The film,
already showcased at prominent film festivals across the globe, has garnered rave reviews
and critical acclaim.
