The Music
Oyster Fest's music headliner is indie pop band, St. Lucia, who will take the stage at 8 p.m. Hailing from Johannesburg, South Africa, front-man, Jean-Philip Grobler started St. Lucia in early 2010, creating a unique brand of dreamy, nostalgic pop. The band recently embarked on a headline tour of the U.S., promoting their debut album, When The Night, and selling out all 23 shows (including four shows in New York City). St. Lucia has toured with some of music's hottest names including Ellie Goulding and Charli XCX and has shared a stage with Fun, Two Door Cinema Club, Young The Giant, the Shins and more at major music festivals including Lollapalooza, Governors Ball and Firefly. Also performing at Oyster Fest are Omar Coleman, one of the nation's premier harmonica players and blues vocalists; Blues Hall of Fame inductee, Big Dog Mercer; an electro-pop band with larger-than-life energy, Goldhouse; and Photocomfort, an inventive and emotional alternative pop band.

Oyster Fest will partner with SAVEUR Magazine and Moet & Chandon to host Bubbles & Brine, an inaugural VIP experience showcasing all-you-can-eat oyster varietals and Moet & Chandon champagne on-site at Oyster Fest on Friday, September 11 from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. The soiree will be co-hosted by SAVEUR editor-in-chief, Adam Sachs and Chef/ Partner Doug Psaltis.
