Sinclair Broadcast Group and Dish Network Reach Retransmission Consent Agreement in Principal

BALTIMORE, Aug. 26, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: SBGI), (the "Company," "Sinclair") announced that they have reached an agreement in principal with the DISH Network ("DISH") for the carriage of the Company's broadcast television stations. The parties have entered into a two-week extension in order to allow time to document the agreement.
