Rabbi Reignites Romance One Bedroom At A Time
Filmmakers premiere new controversial film, The Lost Key, at WorldFest in Houston
HOUSTON, April 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Would you allow a Rabbi to teach you about sex? You might be surprised by what he has to say. CineAttico Films of Venezuela has announced their participation in this year's 48(th) Annual WorldFest held in Houston. WorldFest is an international film festival and competition for all film and video productions and screenplays & will be held April 10(th)-19(th). The Lost Key,produced by Ricardo Adler and Rabbi Manis Friedman, made its US debut in the Miami Jewish Film Festival and most recently The Palm Beach International film festival.
Following a traumatic divorce, the film's Director, Ricardo Adler, embarks on a journey to find true intimacy that lasts between couples and creates fulfilling marriages. His search leads him to Rabbi Manis Friedman having researched the ancient teachings of Kabbalah and their resonance with romance. "I think everyone should know these hidden teachings," said Rabbi Friedman. "They could transform the way society views sexuality and bring deep fulfillment to marriages everywhere." Several orthodox Rabbis, including Chief Sephardic Rabbi Yitzjak Yosef of Israel, have endorsed the film.
The film shows the dramatic transformation of Adler's new marriage after learning the secrets of Jewish and Kabbalahlistic sexuality. Other real couples with real questions discuss matters with Rabbi Friedman. At film's end, curiosity is satiated when we learn if the techniques indeed worked for each couple featured in the movie. The Lost Key is a groundbreaking film offering all people whether Jewish (Secular and observant) or otherwise, new teachings to reach a higher form of intimacy in the bedroom that few couples have ever experienced. "This is not your typical documentary," said Adler. "I'm expecting controversy, but I'm ready."
The Lost Key will make its Texas debut on Sunday, April 12(th) at 5pm and Wednesday, April 15(th) at 7pm at the AMC Studio 30, located at 2949 Dunvale Rd., Houston, Texas 77063. Rabbi Friedman will be in attendance and will offer a Q&A session after the film.
