WASHINGTON, April 1, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Hold Their Feet to the Fire 2015, an annual radio row hosted by the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), will take place April 15-16 at the Phoenix Park Hotel on Capitol Hill. The event also assembles leading immigration policy experts, the most influential members of Congress on immigration policy, and law enforcement officials from around the country. In addition to speaking with hosts broadcasting from radio row, all of these leading voices will be available to speak to credentialed media.
Hold Their Feet to the Fire 2015 coincides with the 5(th) Circuit Court of Appeals' consideration of whether to overturn a lower court's injunction preventing implementation of the president's Deferred Action for Parents of Americans (DAPA) and expanded Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) amnesty programs. In addition, the event will also occur as numerous congressional committees hold hearings to evaluate the fiscal, labor and national security implications of the president's amnesty programs.
"Once again, immigration policy will be front and center on the national political stage during this year's Hold Their Feet to the Fire event. As the annual epicenter of the debate, this event offers credentialed media covering the issue a unique, one-stop access to many of the leading figures with a variety of perspectives," said Dan Stein, president of FAIR.
