Patrick Devlin has been elected to the Board of Director's 7th seat unanimously by the shareholders. Mr. Devlin has more than 28 years of experience in the wireless industry and brings a wealth of consumer mobile experience to Mariposa Holdings. He will play a key role as Mariposa expands its business and will serve as a key advisor to our board and management.

Prior to joining, he served as Regional President of Verizon Wireless where he was responsible for Verizon's largest region encompassing New York City.
