It's a different kind of road trip in LOADED, starring Patrick John Flueger (Chicago P.D., Brothers, Scoundrels), Kumail Nanjiani (HBO's Silicon Valley, which returns for season 2 on April 12, and co-host of Comedy Central's TheMeltdown with Jonah and Kumail), Andrew W. Walker (Wedding Planner Mystery, Against the Wall) and Alexandra Holden (In a World..., Rizzoli & Isles), when two estranged friends come together under the pretense of moving a third back home, who desperately needs an intervention. The unexpected reunion turns bitter at times, as past wounds are revealed, and they're forced to confront the choices they made leading to the current direction of their lives. Stranded overnight, the strain comes to a head in an explosive night of drinking and purging. Set along the California freeways, LOADED takes the audience on a funny, but prickly trip in which lost friendships are found again. The journey will change each of them, and their lives will-hopefully-never be the same.
LOADED was written and directed by Chris Zonnas (Stranger, Fast Cars andSuperstars) and produced by Linda L. Miller (Painstaking, Alyce Kills). For more information, visit TheLoadedMovie.com, Official LOADED Trailer, Facebook LOADED Facebook and Twitter @theLOADEDmovie.
MVDE will also debut CRACKERJACK, a Southern-style romantic comedy narrated by "you-know-you're-a-redneck" Jeff Foxworthy (Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?). The movie follows softball-obsessed loveable-loser Bill "Crackerjack" Bailey IV, who, upon learning his longtime live-in girlfriend is pregnant, inadvertently commits himself to a men's ministry and their softball team to avoid impending fatherhood and his girlfriend's ultimatum. CRACKERJACK, debuts March 17 on Amazon, Google, iTunes, Vimeo and VUDU, as well as On Demand with AT&T, Charter, Comcast, DirecTV, and Vubiquity.
CRACKERJACK was co-written and directed by Bryan Coley and executive produced by Jeff Foxworthy (Bounty Hunters, Blue Collar TV).
