Shruti Ganguly Named Vice President Of Television And Video For NYLON Media Inc.

NEW YORK, Jan. 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Shruti Ganguly has been named to the newly created position of vice president, television and video of NYLONMedia Inc. She will oversee the growth of all video content offerings, including the development and production of all original programming and branded advertising content for NYLON Video. This is a return engagement for Ganguly, who previously was a video producer with NYLON. The announcement was made today by Paul Greenberg, CEO.

Ganguly's work as producer and director on both feature-length and short films has been showcased at Sundance, SXSW, Venice, and Telluride, among others. Among her producing credits is the upcoming Yosemite -- made with James Franco and his production company, Rabbit Bandini -- as well as The Color of Time, and Black Dog, Red Dog. Ganguly produced the film H. that was awarded the Venice Biennale College Cinema prize and is being screened at this month's 2015 Sundance Film Festival.

Ganguly was most recently producer at Conde Nast Entertainment, where she worked on the Vogue brand and produced the popular video series "73 Questions." She has also held a senior position at MTV Networks.
