Sinclair Broadcast Group Closes On Certain Station Acquisitions And Divestitures With Media General

BALTIMORE, Dec. 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: SBGI) (the "Company" or "Sinclair") announced today that it closed on its previously announced acquisitions and divestitures of certain assets with Media General, Inc. ("Media General"). The net change in total U.S. household coverage goes from 38.2% to 37.5%.
