GRM Networks currently serves customers located within 6,000 square miles with a diverse mix of broadband, video and telecom services. With Skitter TV, GRM Networks customers will gain access to a compelling array of television programming including national and local channels in standard and high definition packages that will offer a greater selection at significantly lower costs.

"We have been seeking a way to offer our subscribers a quality television experience and, after a great deal of due diligence, we found the service we wanted in Skitter TV," said Ron Hinds, General Manager of GRM Networks. "With Skitter TV, our customers will have access to all of their favorite channels with great picture quality. Skitter offers a cost compelling opportunity to not only provide basic IPTV, but provides the forward thinking OTT service that our future customers will demand."

Skitter TV will be delivered over GRM Networks' fiber and copper phone lines and bring a television viewing experience that is different than anything customers in those markets have seen before. Skitter TV uses the latest in IPTV technology and offers the most popular channels while keeping subscriber costs at a minimum. The system also features multi-room digital video recording and on-screen caller ID.

"We remove the high capital and operational costs while providing the highest quality IPTV system, allowing us to offer rural telco subscribers the channels they really want in HD and SD at reasonable prices," said Robert Saunders, CEO of Skitter TV. "Skitter TV provides a complete end-to-end service, including the technology, programming rights, marketing and helping ensure the ongoing success of the system."

Skitter TV is now in operation at eight rural telephone companies across the United States, with three of those being in the states of Missouri and Iowa. Seven additional Skitter TV systems are currently under construction.
