Pete Montemayor started his successful trucking company with a dream of growing it into a family business for his children. But when Pete announces his retirement, the formerly close kids erupt in a bitter brawl for the boss' chair. Their rivalry degenerates into a conspiracy, featuring kidnapping, murder and finally, a police investigation that identifies one of the siblings as the culprit.
