Short Film Contest Launched By LOT And MillionYou

45 Seconds to Make a LOT of Flying Dreams Come True!









NEW YORK, April 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- LOT Polish Airlines and MillionYou have launched an international competition to award 20 plane tickets as prizes for 45-second film entries that inspire flying.

Called Veni Vidi Movie, entrants must prepare a short travel story on a LOT destination that showcases its most interesting aspects to entice visitors. The subject can range from unusual food to interesting activities or beautiful vistas. The script is strictly up to one's imagination. It can be a city where the filmmaker lives or has visited, but it must be on LOT's route system.



Once the film is complete, it can be uploaded to www.lot.com/inspirations by clicking on the competition icon. Submissions must be made by May 22, 2014.

Viewers will choose the best films preselected by a jury. Plane tickets will be awarded in three categories--Grand Prix, Audience and Special Awards. The Audience Award involves voting at www.millionyou.com.lot and on LOT's Facebook page www.facebook.com/PLLLOT by clicking on "Glosuje na ten film" under the favored movie. 20 LOT award tickets will be distributed as follows:

2 first places - two flight tickets to any selected long distance destination

3 second places - two flight tickets to any selected short distance destination

10 third places - single flight ticket to any short distance destination

3 Audience Awards - single flight ticket to any short distance destination

2 Special Awards - single flight ticket to any selected short distance destination

Special Awards will be awarded to the best films uploaded within the first 30 days of the contest.
