Fernando Chavez

Fernando Chavez is a prominent California plaintiffs' attorney and eldest son of the late Cesar Chavez, Mr. Chavez has had a long and successful career since being admitted to practice in California in 1979, serving as lead counsel in numerous individual and class action cases resulting in multi-million dollar awards. He is a shareholder in the Law Offices of Chavez & De Leon, P.A. in Miami and San Jose, and founder of the Chavez Law Group nationally. Chavez' work with the United Farmworkers Union and other progressive movements began as a boy while accompanying his father on his marches, boycotts, and fasts.
