TORONTO, March 19, 2014 /CNW/ - Harris Institute is ranked number one with A+ in the '2014 Media Arts Education Report Card'. The 'Report Card' has had over 100,000 visitors since 2007 and is the
only source of comparative information on media arts education in
Canada.



Ranked 2(nd) and 3(rd) are Ryerson University's RTA Program with A and London's Ontario Institute of Audio Recording Technology (OIART) with A-. Harris Institute also ranked number one with A+ in MAE
2013.



"Harris gets top marks and all indicators now show that it is in fact,
the best school of its kind in Canada. Highly Recommended", says the
report's creator Jim Lamarche. "Graduates from Harris indicated the
highest satisfaction rate and had the most positive reviews of all the

Program (AMP) previously ranked as "the best of its kind in Canada. I

Harris Institute is an internationally recognized leader in music
industry education. In 2013, the college expanded its partnership with
the University of the West of Scotland to enable graduates to earn Master's Degrees, its Arts Management Program became the only postsecondary program in
Canada to achieve six 0% Student Loan Default Rates and three of its alumni contributed to Miley Cyrus' #1 Billboard hit "Wrecking Ball" and Katy Perry's "Song of the Year" Grammy nominated "Roar". Graduates are in senior positions everywhere from Universal Music to Lacquer
