Inside Job is a reality show unlike any other. The Emmy-award winning producers bring you a series filled with suspense, drama, friendships, laughter, tears, and a dream come true for one individual.

The four highly qualified candidates participate in job training exercises and interview with Abbyson's executive team for one week. What they don't know is that one of the candidates is an insider, an executive manager from Abbyson Living, who is monitoring every move the candidates make and reporting back Abbyson's executive team. Viewers will be at the edge of their seat guessing who the insider is, for it will be the insider who will decide who is the best fit for the company.
