Corus Entertainment Announces Voting Results from Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders


TORONTO, Jan. 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ - Corus Entertainment Inc. (TSX: CJR.B) announced today the voting results from its Annual and
Special Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") held on January 14,
2014.



A total of 3,266,262 Class A Shares, representing 95.1% of the Company's
issued and outstanding Class A Voting Shares, were voted in connection
with the meeting. All matters put forth at the meeting, including the
appointment of auditors, ratification of unallocated entitlements under
the Company's Stock Option Plan, the fixing of the number of directors
at 11 and the election of directors, were approved by a large majority
of the voting shareholders as detailed in the Company's filing on
www.sedar.com.



Each of the 11 director nominees proposed by the Company in its
Management Information Circular dated December 13, 2013 was elected as
a director of Corus Entertainment as follows:
