("CatchPlay") would like to address some misunderstanding regarding several news articles that have been published concerning CatchPlay's settlement with Studio Solutions Group, Inc. ("SSG") and Johnny Lin that ended their United States Federal Court litigation.

CatchPlay never stated the financial terms of the settlement. Moreover, the financial terms and certain other terms of the settlement between CatchPlay, SSG and Mr. Lin are confidential, and no member of the press has access to this information.
