North Versailles Cinema To Offer Beer & Wine Throughout Theatre

KNOXVILLE, Tenn., Dec. 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Phoenix Big Cinemas today announced a special addition to the concession options at the North Versailles Stadium 18 theatre. For the 21 and older moviegoer, the North Versailles cinema will offer a selection of cold beer and wine at the concession stand starting Friday, December 6.

North Versailles Stadium 18 theatre becomes the only multi-plex cinema in the market that allows adult beverages throughout the theatre and available every day. The addition of beer and wine to the concession menu allows guests to enjoy an adult beverage while watching the movie of their choice. Beer selection includes Budweiser, Sam Adams, Yuengling and others, as well as, a local favorite from Pittsburgh Brewing Company, Iron City Light. A cabernet and chardonnay wine are available.

North Versailles Stadium 18 currently offers the lowest admission prices for Hollywood movies in the Pittsburgh area. Adult admission is $6.00, children (12 & under) and seniors (62+) are $4.00 at all times. The cinema also offers "Bargain Tuesday" in which all tickets are just $4.00 all day. Guests interested in seeing a movie in Digital RealD 3D can upgrade for just $3.

North Versailles Stadium 18 theatre underwent various upgrades in the past year to become a state-of-the-art cinema with over 3000 seats, as well as, the latest cinema technology including all digital projection, digital surround sound and Real D 3D. The cinema offers plentiful parking and is conveniently located off of Route 30 behind the Giant Eagle in North Versailles. In addition to the new beer & wine selection, the cinema offers an array of concession items from popcorn, nachos, candy and soft drinks, to specialty foods including pizza, locally made pierogies, chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks and fries.
