Rentrak Signs TV Ratings Agreement With Leading Republican Political Agency, National Media
--Alexandria, Va. Firm Becomes First Political Agency to Capitalize on Rentrak's TV Ratings Currency for Upcoming 2013-2014 Election Cycle--
PORTLAND, Ore., JULY 9, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Rentrak (NASDAQ: RENT), the leader in multiscreen measurement serving the advertising, television and movie industries, today announced a multi-year TV Essentials contract with National Media Research, Planning and Placement, LLC (NMRPP) of Alexandria, Va., the leader in media targeting and advertising placement for Republican political, public affairs and issue campaigns.
The political agency will use Rentrak's TV ratings currency to plan TV campaign strategies for licensed Statewide and Congressional campaigns in the 2013-2014 election cycle.
