Presented by Telemundo and mun2, Descarga takes place every Sunday in August at CityWalk's 5 Towers Plaza in Universal Studios Hollywood and on Saturday August 10 and 24 at Fremont Street Experience in Las Vegas

LOS ANGELES, July 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Descarga, the largest free Latin music summer concert series in Los Angeles, California and Las Vegas, Nevada, is back with its hottest lineup to date. Presented by Telemundo and mun2, the family-friendly concert event features popular nationally and internationally renowned Latin stars and up-and-coming artists. At the series, fans are treated to raffles, gifts and special appearances by Telemundo and mun2 personalities. Portions of the concerts will be broadcast through mun2's hit Regional Mexican music series "Reventon" and the music entertainment and celebrity lifestyle show "mun2 ¡pop!" Descarga 2012 broke attendance records in both cities, with over 15,000 people in one night in Las Vegas and has drawn nearly 200,000 attendees over the past seven years. The concerts will take place on Sunday August 4, 11, 18( )and 25 at CityWalk's 5 Towers Plaza in Universal Studios Hollywood, and on Saturday August 10 and 24 at Fremont Street Experience in Las Vegas. Sunday August 4 - Los Angeles
Charismatic and talented, Regulo Caro, a leading man of the new corrido wave. Heartthrob from Sonora, Mexico; El Dasa has conquered fans with charisma and hisunique voice.. Newcomer Adriel Favela and Luis Coronel will also be featured performances.

Saturday August 10 - Las Vegas
Descarga at the Fremont Street Experience kicks off with performances by Frankie J, who reached #3 on Billboard's Hot 100 chart with "Obsession (No Es Amor.)" Emerging singer Renzo explores musical fusion; mixing Pop, R&B and Hip Hop with merengue. Latin Grammy winner Sie7e, the Puerto Rican Latin pop singer/songwriter with an eclectic style.

Sunday August 11 - Los Angeles
Descarga at CityWalk continues with Sie7e, joined by a yet to be announced lineup.

Sunday August 18 - Los Angeles
CityWalk will move to the rhythm of tropical and urban music. Headlined by Angel & Khriz, the Puerto Rican Reggaeton duo on Pitbull's Mr. 305 Record label. Sensato, the cutting edge prodigy lyricist with thought-provoking words and catchy rhythms.

Saturday August 24 - Las Vegas
Descarga in Las Vegas culminates with a Mexican Regional bang! Kevin Ortiz, a promising corridor singer, brother of genre leading singer Gerardo Ortiz. Songstress America Sierra, leading female songwriter with smashing hits like "Intentalo," a collaboration with 3BallMTY.

Sunday August 25 - Los Angeles
The city's own Martin Castillo will bring his unique corridor "alterado," joining Kevin Ortiz, Kike Meneses and a yet to be announced Mexican regional lineup.
