LOS ANGELES, June 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Seven Arts Entertainment Inc. (OTCQB: SAPX) ("Seven Arts" or the "Company") has been made aware of an additional fraudulent and misleading press release issued by unknown persons today. The company believes this press release to have been the work of the same disgruntled assignee of another entity that may have invested a limited amount of money in a motion picture project of Seven Arts Pictures plc ("PLC"), the Company's listing predecessor, referenced in the press release of the Company dated May 24, 2013 for which investors are directed for any further information on this matter. No facts in this additional fraudulent and misleading release reflect recent actions, and all refer to events that may have occurred in 2011, which are fully discussed in the Company's public disclosures. This additional fraudulent and misleading release appears to give the impression that it reflects a recent action by the liquidator of PLC, but no such action exists and the liquidator did not issue the bogus press release.
