For the First Time The Walking Dead is Now Available on Amazon's LOVEFiLM

LOVEFiLM, an Amazon company, has today announced an exclusive deal with FOX
International Channels that will bring one of the most-watched drama series in US cable
history, The Walking Dead, to LOVEFiLM Instant [http://www.lovefilm.com/c/instant ].



Series one of the award-winning zombie show, starring British actor Andrew Lincoln, is
available to LOVEFiLM Instant members in the UK from today, with additional series
scheduled to appear on the service over the next 18 months. LOVEFiLM Instant will be the
only stand-alone subscription video on demand service in the UK where TV fans can watch
the critically acclaimed and hugely popular horror-drama.



Widely regarded as one of the most exciting dramas of all time, The Walking Dead is
created by Oscar nominee Frank Darabont (The Green Mile, The Shawshank Redemption) and
based on the comic book series of the same name. Since first arriving on air in 2010,
viewers have followed the journey of sheriff's deputy Rick Grimes, who wakes up from a
coma to find himself in a terrifying world dominated by flesh-eating "walkers". Having
returned home to discover his wife and son are nowhere to be found, he sets out to track
down his missing family, encountering zombie hordes and other survivors along the way.
