HOLLYWOOD, Calif., Nov. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Stereo Vision Entertainment Inc--(OTC:SVSN) announced today that management has notified counsel that the Board of Directors has elected to take public the Stereo Vision wholly owned subsidiary REZN8 Inc.

Stereo Vision's CEO Jack Honour stated, "The plan underwrites the expansion of REZN8's sales and marketing divisions, adds key management personnel, produces content, and strategically collaborates with the Company on R&D and the further development of our proprietary technology. Transitionally REZN8 will apply to be traded on the OTCBB. Ultimately we'd like to see REZN8 have a major exchange listing. As a publicly traded stock the value of Stereo Vision's controlling interest REZN8 shares will create a net tangible asset on the Stereo Vision balance sheet. REZN8 will also provide the Company with additional revenues and a joint venture partner for the funding of the Company's productions. During this process management is working with legal and accounting to bring Stereo Vision current."
