(NYSE: MEG), a local broadcast television and digital media company, will present at the 40(th) Annual UBS Global Media & Communications Conference on Wednesday, December 5 at 10:00 a.m., in New York, N.Y. Marshall Morton, president and chief executive officer, George Mahoney, vice president and chief operating officer, and Jim Woodward, vice president-finance and chief financial officer, will report on the company's transformation to a pure-play broadcaster, its 2012 results and its future prospects.
