HRIFF Announces New Events and Celebrities

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 29, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Hollywood Reel Independent Film Festival begins Dec 3- 12,( )events, celebrities & discounts just added!

Monday, Dec 3(rd), Dominic Purcell, Eric Roberts, Edward Furlong and Uwe Boll arrive in person for the Premiere of Bailout: Age of Greed. Bailout Red Carpet Event at 7pm. Screening with Q&A at 730pm.

HRIFF presents Don Hertzfeldt's It's Such A Beautiful Day; new work from Bryce Dallas Howard & Ron Howard; Manos: Hands of Fate's HD restoration (with Jackey Raye Jones attending); an unseen early James Franco short; and the unveiling of World Premiere Restorations in our "1960s and 1970s Films of Tinto Brass Retrospective" featuring Vanessa Redgrave & Franco Nero films not screened in 30 years, as this years special event screenings.

On Wednesday. Dec 5(th, )Frances Fisher & Tinto Brass both receive HRIFF Awards and will be honored with BEST PICTURE winner "The Silent Thief" & others, at the AWARDS GALA, that begins with Red Carpet Event at 5 pm, followed by Awards Ceremony at 6 pm. Toby Hemingway, Dee Wallace,Jon Polito (Big Lebowski), and more attending.

Comedy legend Rick Shapiro (Project X, Louie CK, The League) shows up with a blistering live performance to close the event on 12/12/12 at 9:30pm.

HRIFF is held Dec 3-12(th) 2012.
