NanoTech Media Division to Distribute "On The Mike" TV show on Roku, SmartTV, and Mobile Platforms

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- NANOTECH ENTERTAINMENT (PINKSHEETS: NTEK) today announced it has entered into an agreement with Global Media Enterprises giving NanoTech distribution rights for the "On The Mike" Celebrity Entertainment show as well as other future programs created by Global Media.

"On The Mike with Mike Sherman" is one of the country's most popular music/celebrity-driven weekly television shows. The program takes you inside pop culture, featuring interviews at the hottest music events, movie premieres and red carpet VIP events from the largest cities across the globe.

"NanoTech Media will take the 'On The Mike' show and expand distribution into the IPTV space launching on our Roku platform," stated NanoTech CEO Jeffrey Foley. "Because of our previous investment in developing the IPTV platform we will be able to offer the show on Roku and other platforms almost immediately." "On The Mike with Mike Sherman" has aired on DirecTV on the R&R Network Channel 354 and on the Flava channel 367 on SkyTV. "Viewers will soon be able to get every episode On Demand when NanoTech releases the shows on its IPTV Platform," stated Foley. "We will be launching the new On Demand version on the Roku platform in the coming weeks."
