The feed will be standard definition 16x9, and will be offered clean of graphics, with the exception of a lower right WPVI bug logo.

Stations may add graphics, but may not edit or alter for rebroadcast. The debate will be available for rebroadcast after 2pm on October 28, 2012, and within 72 hours of the original airdate and time, by any television/cable outlet or radio station that wishes to do so. Each station is responsible for providing closed captioning.

Clips less than 2 (two) minutes may be used immediately for content and promotion, but all outlets are required to courtesy "WPVI-TV, 6abc in Philadelphia" for usage.

MEDIA INFO:

Press planning to attend the debate must obtain credentials by notifying Diane Hamlet, WPVI-TV, at diane.hamlet@abc.com. Press must arrive at 9:30am.

A photo opportunity with the candidates is scheduled before the debate begins. Press will not be permitted in the studio during the debate. Press will view the debate from an assigned area where wireless internet and a mult-box for recording will be provided. After the debate is completed, press will be permitted time to question the candidates (per discretion of candidates).

PARKING -
Parking is very limited. Only those media vehicles wishing to hard wire into mult-box will be permitted into WPVI private lot. For all other vehicles, there is an adjacent garage complex located on the campus of PCOM. IMPORTANT - this lot is unattended and CASH ONLY ($5). No credit cards accepted.
