Cole, joined together to create "Own the Stage," a one-of-a-kind design contest specifically for the music-inspired members of Footaction's loyalty program, the Star Club. Members of the elite customer base were encouraged to design a custom t-shirt that J. Cole wore during his exclusive performance for Footaction's Star Club members, fellow musicians, tastemakers and style influencers, held on October 19th, at the W hotel in Los Angeles, Calif.

Three first prize winners, Akinola Daramola (Woonsocket, R.I.), Aaron Williams (Pomona, Calif.), and Alex Romero (Edison, N.J.) received roundtrip airfare for two to Los Angeles, two-night hotel accommodations, an official meet-and-greet with J. Cole and spending money. In addition to the first prize components, the lucky Grand Prize winner, Damian Bradley, from Riverdale, Ga., received $5,000 and bragging rights that J. Cole took the stage in his custom t-shirt design. The customized winning t-shirt design is available at all Footaction stores nationwide.
