DURHAM, N.C., Aug. 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- EMRISE CORPORATION (OTCBB: EMRI), a multi-national manufacturer of defense and aerospace electronic devices and communications equipment, announced today that it plans to release its financial results for its second quarter and first six months ended June 30, 2012, on Tuesday, August 14, 2012, before the market opens and plans to host a conference call at 11:30 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time that same day.

Chairman and CEO Carmine T. Oliva, President and COO Graham Jefferies, and Director of Finance and Principal Accounting Officer Tim Blades will conduct the call.
