Mayra Veronica signs exclusive worldwide co-publishing deal with BMG Chrysalis US



LOS ANGELES, July 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Parallel Entertainment has announced today that Mayra Veronica has signed an exclusive worldwide co-publishing deal with BMG Chrysalis US. The multi-talented international singer/songwriter is excited to bring her prowess in converting poetry to music in both the English and Spanish language to the BMG family.

Mayra, having acquired international fame as a model, began her solo recording career with an International Spanish Album which introduced her to the Latin Billboard Charts. Mayra's first English release was the single "If You Wanna Fly" which landed her on the top of five Billboard Charts in the United States including top sales. The second single "Freak Like Me" earned her a number three position on the Billboard Charts and garnered top slots on numerous International Billboard charts.



Currently Mayra is getting ready to release her new single "Party All The Time" produced by Grammy Winning Producers Play N Skillz as part of her debut English album "Saint nor Sinner." She is also working on another Spanish album which is currently being recorded in Cuba and Berlin with The Sons of the Buena Vista Social Club, Mayito Rivera, Los Van Van and many more Latin all stars. On July 11th Mayra Veronica will receive the Latina in the Mixx "Women of The Year" Award in recognition for her outstanding achievement and excellence in the entertainment industry, proving that one's vision and voice can make a valuable contribution to our community.
