Macedonian Broadcaster MRT Grows With EURO World Network
MRT extends expands service worldwide and Goes Global With Distribution Via DTH Satellite IPTV Platforms
LOS ANGELES, April 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- EURO World Network (EWN) announced today that Macedonian public broadcaster Macedonian Radio Television (MRT) has signed a multi-year deal with EWN not only to continue to deliver content over Hotbird, but to extend their Macedonian and Albanian programing around the world. In addition to Europe, MRT will now reach into the regions served by EWN's Platforms in North America, Australia and New Zealand.
EWN provides MRT with a full end-to-end solution from marketing and advertising to distribution (Satellite and IPTV), billing, credit and collections, local call centers, an order fulfillment center, installation services and local representation within their target markets.
In addition to DTH satellite delivery, EWN will be providing MRT's Macedonian & Albanian television & radio services on EWN's NexTV IPTV platforms in North America & Australia. NexTV will help maximize MRT's distribution & presence within the target market in order to reach the largest potential of viewers & subscribers.
