The piece encompasses the genres of political commentary, tragi/comedy, horror and sci-fi and makes a direct reference to and critique of the events and issues of today.

Without revealing the plot of the story, what can be said is that it is humorous, expresses pathos and is beautiful and pays due reverence to all things regal and the beauty of the Earth. The name is taken from the Latin for "The Music of Elysium," or paradise, according to the ancient Romans and Greeks; Elysii being pronounced with the accent on the second syllable: "El iss i ee."
