WHAT Stars and creators of the highly anticipated OCTOBER BABY are in the D.C. area March 6 and 7 and available for
interviews. OCTOBER BABY is the story of Hannah, a beautiful college student who learns her health issues and
depression trace to her pre-mature birth . . . and she's adopted. Then she learns she survived a failed
abortion. OCTOBER BABY tenderly depicts each person's struggle: Hannah's, her adopted parents, her birth mom,
her extended family, and more. Without judgment, viewers see life through the eyes of a living, breathing
human once viewed as "tissue" and supposed to not survive. This is the first feature film produced and
directed by award-winning musical video directors the Erwin Brothers of Birmingham, Ala.

WHO Filmmakers
The Erwin Brothers-Jon and Andy. Multiple Dove Award-winning music video directors (Michael W. Smith, Casting
Crowns, etc) launch their feature film career with OCTOBER BABY, literally changing lives in advance

Actors
Shari Rigby. Model and TV & film actress Shari Rigby plays the birth mother who gave up her baby years earlier
after the child survived an attempted abortion. Reading the script moved Shari to tell her own amazingly

Rachel Hendrix. Feature film newcomer Rachel Hendrix is winning raves-and awards-for her portrayal of 19-
year-old Hannah, who survived an attempted abortion and, years later, searches for her birth mother. For the
role, Rachel won the Red Rock Film Festival Special Achievement Award for Acting.

Inspiration
Gianna Jessen. Gianna Jessen inspired the character of Hannah in OCTOBER BABY. She is one of thousands of
survivors of attempted abortions and speaks across the nation. Hearing Gianna speak inspired the Erwins to
