SYDNEY, March 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Opera sparkles with 10,000 Swarovski crystals, a glistening harbour-top stage and a star-studded line-up of singers, when Opera on Sydney Harbour - La Traviata, begins on Saturday, March 24. It's Opera Australia's biggest project yet, costing $11.5 million and attracting audiences from across the globe. The Opera is directed by Francesca Zambello and designed by Brian Thomson.
