management skills. A roundtable of leading "search" executives addresses

North America, Eisuke Tsuyuzaki, will be featured in a keynote interview

operators to retain customers and add the ultimate consumer "wow factor."
6. STRATEGY. Peter Stern, Time Warner Cable's Chief Strategy Officer will
share how the process of achieving the company's goals evolves from an
action plan that is guided by the collective corporate vision that is not
just for Time Warner's future, but benefiting the future of the industry,
as a whole.
