LiquiTec Incorrectly Announced They Conducted a Sale of Epic Production Technologies' Surplus Assets

MILWAUKEE, Feb. 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- LiquiTec Industries, Inc., incorrectly announced the company performed an equipment sale of professional lighting and theatrical rental equipment owned by Epic.

LiquiTec would like to clarify an earlier statement about the sale. Although the assets were deployed alongside assets belonging to Epic, the assets in fact belonged to a third-party leasing company and had recently come off lease. These assets were not, nor were they intended to be, a part of Epic's regular asset pool.
