Mobibase Has Signed a Distribution Agreement to Provide 3 Multi Device TV Channels to Maxis in Malaysia

Mobibase, the France based multi device TV publisher, has reached an agreement to
enrich the mobile TV offer of Malaysian #1 mobile operator Maxis with 3 TV channels : Mad
TV (entertainment channel), Top Dj TV (clubbing & DJ channel) and Riders Match (Extreme
sport channel).

Out of a Mobibase 120 TV channels catalog, Maxis has chosen cutting edge, young
targeted channels. The mobile TV channels will be distributed through the carrier's web
app developed by Megamobile. TV services will be streamed directly to Maxis end users in
Malaysia from Mobibase utilities in La Ciotat, France. Mobibase is responsible for
managing the whole value chain from content clearance to channel streaming.
