Stereo Vision and REZN8 Agree to New Buyout Deal - Sign 9 Time Emmy Award Winning Paul Sidlo to Five Year REZN8 CEO Deal

HOLLYWOOD, Calif., Nov. 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Stereo Vision Entertainment Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SVSN) announced today that a new acquisition agreement has been reached for the buyout of REZN8, and Paul Sidlo, REZN8's founder and driving force, has been signed to a five year contract as REZN8's CEO. Robert S. Block will remain REZN8's Chairman of the Board.
