announced today that Rhys McLachlan has been appointed to the newly created
position of Commercial Development Director, reporting into Ryan Jamboretz,
Managing Director EMEA and Global Chief Development Officer.

Rhys, based in London, will lead client services and help agencies and
their clients manage the expansion of video advertising from PC to mobile,
tablet and other devices. He will also help lead the platform's expansion
across Europe.

This planned expansion programme will augment the company's impressive
growth record. Since launching in the UK in January 2011, Videology has
grown to become the highest-reaching in-stream video ad platform in the

McLachlan comes to Videology after an eight-year tenure at MediaCom,
where he was Managing Partner, Futures & Implementation. During his time at

opportunities and the implementation of the UK's first addressable IPTV
solution.
