Stephen's education includes a BA Economics York University, Special Bachelor of Commerce - Major Finance University of Windsor and a MBA Finance at the University of Windsor. He brings his experience as a strategist, assisting businesses to execute plans through merger and acquisition as well as facilitating private placement financing.

Mr. Taub has been advising early-stage companies and working with leading entrepreneurs and venture capitalists for more than 25 years.

Stephen will join the recently appointed director, Mr. Ivan Cavric concentrating on Sonorous Entertainment Inc.'s international division operations.
