-- The Bank of America Merrill Lynch 2011 New China Conference, to be held
October 31 - November 4, 2011 at the JW Marriott Hotel in Beijing. Ms.
Lily Liu, CFO of the Company, is scheduled to meet with analysts and
institutional investors on November 2.
-- The Piper Jaffray Technology, Media & Telecommunications Conference, to
be held November 8-9 at the Westin New York at Times Square in New York.
