Written, directed and produced by first-time filmmaker Tim Chambers, The Mighty Macs is a film eight years in the making, based on the incredible true story of the 1971-72 Immaculata College team that started in obscurity but became the original Cinderella story in women's basketball. ESPN recently produced a segment featuring the real-life team retelling of how Immaculata College went on to change women's athletics in history. The ESPN segment is available here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W2RvnJNu570.

Rudy Ruettiger, former collegiate football player for the University of Notre Dame and the inspiration behind the motion picture Rudy, is widely promoting the film in which he had no involvement, saying "If you loved Hoosiers and Rudy, you will love The Mighty Macs!" Rudy will be in attendance at the premiere and will speak on the importance of pursuing dreams. To watch a video of Rudy discussing The Mighty Macs, visit http://vimeo.com/30606493.

The premiere is sponsored by Tier10 Marketing and Team Velocity Marketing, whose leaders are rewarding employees, local clients and VIP affiliates with access to the event. Sean Wolfington, one of the owners of Tier10 Marketing, executive produced the film.

"The Mighty Macs tells the inspiring true story of a woman (Cathy Rush) who wasn't afraid to follow her dreams even when the odds were against her, and who, as a result, paved the way for other women and for anyone who dares to pursue their dreams regardless of the challenges in front of them," said Wolfington. "We wanted to share her story with our families, friends, employees and local leaders to inspire them to pursue greatness in everything they do."
