Ticketmaster and Walmart Bring Tickets to Eighty-Two Stores Throughout the Philadelphia Area

LOS ANGELES and PHILADELPHIA, Aug. 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Throughout the Philadelphia area, fans can purchase live event tickets from their local Walmart store. Using point of sale touch screens located in the electronics departments of eighty-two participating Walmart stores, fans throughout the area can browse available tickets for family shows, concerts and sporting events. Once the desired event is selected by the fan, a Walmart employee helps complete the transaction and immediately prints the tickets.
