"I've lived an amazing life, and I want the second half of my life to be just as fulfilling," said George Kennedy. "I'm looking to remain active, and Interim HealthCare provides me the comfort and support I need to keep me feeling at my best."

The commercial was directed by BFW Advertising and shot inside Kennedy's home in Boise, Idaho. Viewers are drawn into a close up of Kennedy reminiscing about his career and experiences, while picture frames and memorabilia fade in and out of the shot. Next, an Interim nurse is by his side as they look through old family photographs, and finally the Interim logo appears and a male voice can be heard highlighting the company's brand message, "When it matters most, count on us."

"Interim HealthCare prides ourselves in consistently being there for our patients when they need us the most," said Kathleen Gilmartin, CEO, Interim HealthCare. "Our continuum of home care services is well positioned to grow right alongside the increasing senior demographic."

Population data found that the group of people who are aged 65 and older is the fastest-growing in the nation, and this number is expected to double over the next 25 years. According to a recent article in Entrepreneur magazine, this demographic has been noted to reject the nursing home model used by their parents and are choosing to remain at home and independent for as long as they can; therefore, increasing the need for in-home senior care services such as those offered from Interim HealthCare.

"This new commercial targeted to seniors is the latest national marketing tool Interim HealthCare provides to our franchisees," added Linda Shaub, vice president of marketing, Interim HealthCare. "Our extensive marketing program is designed and focused on helping our owners grow their business within their local communities."

Franchisees also utilize comprehensive operations, financial, training and sales systems to assist in operating their business at maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Interim HealthCare franchise owners share a commitment to improving the lives of their patients and communities, and they continue to realize opportunities for growth in the growing baby boomer segment and home care industry.
