You're Never Alone: Social Workers Help Patients through Treatment, Surgery and Recovery in Hospital

CHICAGO, June 20, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- When you are alone, being diagnosed with a serious illness can be difficult to handle--physically, emotionally and, oftentimes, financially. But patients facing treatment options need never feel alone. On Monday, June 27 at 6:00 p.m. Chicago Access Network (CAN-TV), Channel 21, will air a live call-in program, "Community Health," discussing the partnership role of these free, patient resources.
