T.J. Martell Foundation To Celebrate 4th Annual Epicurean Dinner June 15th In NYC
Amos Lee to Perform During Dinner by Chef Bradford Thompson
NEW YORK, June 8, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The T.J. Martell Foundation for Leukemia, Cancer and AIDS Research will hold its 4th Annual Epicurean Dinner on June 15th, 2011 at the Sony Club. Perched high atop the Sony Building in midtown Manhattan, the intimate gathering of sixty guests will savor not only an elegantly crafted dinner by Chef Bradford Thompson, but also the Club's breath-taking views.
All-star chef and 2006 James Beard Award Winner Bradford Thompson will act as guest chef for the evening and prepare five elegant courses while also hand selecting exquisite wines. Thompson, who recently opened the buzz-worthy Miss Lily's in NYC, follows in the food-steps of other culinary heavyweight chefs Scott Conant and Daniel Joly, guest chefs of the more recent Epicurean Dinners.
Beyond the spectacular food and exclusive auction items, attendees will be treated to a special live performance by Blue Note Records artist, Amos Lee. Lee's 2011 release, "Mission Bell," recently hit #1 on Billboard's Top 200 and is his biggest release yet!
Says Foundation President Ron Hartenbaum, "When there is great food created by Bradford Thompson, when there is great music created by Amos Lee, and when a select, dedicated group of donors gather on top of the Sony Club to raise money for cancer research, a winning evening will be had by all!"
