T.J. Martell Foundation Raises Over $21,000 for Cancer & AIDS Research at 4th Annual Epicurean Dinner

Amos Lee Performs During Dinner by Chef Bradford Thompson

Martell Foundation for Leukemia, Cancer and AIDS Research raised over $21,000 at its 4th Annual Epicurean Dinner on June 15th at the Sony Club. Perched atop the Sony Building in midtown Manhattan, the intimate gathering of sixty guests savored an elegantly crafted dinner by Chef Bradford Thompson and the Club's breath-taking views.

2006 James Beard Award Winner Bradford Thompson, acting as guest chef for the evening, prepared five elegant courses like Hamachi Tartar with American Caviar and Sheep's Milk Ricotta Agnolotti while also hand selecting exquisite wines. Thompson, who recently opened the buzz-worthy Miss Lily's Favourite Cakes in Manhattan, follows in the footsteps of respected chefs Scott Conant and Daniel Joly, guest chefs of the more recent Epicurean Dinners.

Beyond the spectacular food and exclusive auction items, attendees were treated to a special live performance by Blue Note Records artist Amos Lee, who performed three songs.
