Information on LIVE Mayoral Address

Wednesday, June 15th at 7pm From 6abc Studios in Philadelphia

The Office of Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter has announced that the Mayor will speak about the city's education crisis in a LIVE televised address on Wednesday, June 15th at approximately 7pm.

6abc will provide a clean pool feed of the address for all media outlets in the tri-state region.

For media wishing to cover the address:

-- A mult-box input for recording will be provided on site, at 6abc's 4100
City Avenue location. A clean SD and HD pool feed will also be provided
for live broadcast trucks.

-- The address will begin at 7:00pm and is expected to last approximately 5
minutes.

-- Press planning to attend must arrive at 6abc by 6:45pm.

-- Press will view from an assigned area and will not be permitted in the
studio during the address. The Mayor will take questions from the press
immediately following the televised address.

-- Media planning to attend must email or call Diane Hamlet by 4pm,
Wednesday, June 15th. (Diane.Hamlet@abc.com/215-581-4541).

-- Media who require internet access (only wireless is available) MUST send
their email address to diane.hamlet@abc.com prior to the event.
