Singing Machine Appoints PDT as Distributor for U.K. Market

COCONUT CREEK, Fla., May 5, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Singing Machine Company, Inc. ("Singing Machine" or the "Company") (OTCBB: SMDM) proudly announces the appointment of PDT Ltd. ("PDT") as the Company's distributor for the UK territory.

Singing Machine and PDT have agreed to allow PDT to distribute Singing Machine Company brands throughout the UK. For over 20 years, PDT has been selling consumer electronic products throughout numerous distribution channels. PDT brings extensive knowledge of European sales channels and strong relationships with many of UK's largest retailers.
